Day 1: Xiamen Arrival
Upon your arrival, be transferred to your hotel. Rest well and prepare for your following exploration! If you're enamored with the ocean, we can organize a nautical adventure for you, be it a picturesque sail or a fishing trip. Additionally, for a dose of regional culture, the hairpin flower activity is readily available for your enjoyment (extra costs).

Day 2: Xiamen - Nanjing, Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster
Drive to Nanjing County (about 2 hours) to begin your architectural exploration. Climb a hill for a panoramic view of Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster, a complex of Hakka dwellings consisting of four round buildings and one quadrangle courtyard, surrounded by mountains and secluded from the outside world. Next, head to the 700-year-old YuchangLou, the largest Tulou Building in Nanjing County and known for its lean appearance. Learn about the craftsmanship of the architecture and how local people have lived here for generations.
Later, explore Ta'xia Village's tranquil charm. Noted for its winding river and round Tulous that form a "Yin-Yang Diagram" when viewed from above, it's ideal for panoramic photography or a glimpse into local life.

Day 3: Yongding Hakka Tulou
Continue your excursion among the photogenic Hakka Tulous after a 2-hour drive to Yongding. Your first stop is Zhencheng Lou, a perfect blend of Chinese traditional Feng Shui Culture and Western architectural style. The magnificent building is divided into eight parts, each representing one part of the Chinese Bagua. Then, visit Kuiju Lou, a palace-like architecture built on a hill and resembling a descending tiger. In Jiqing Lou, step inside the courtyard and climb to the top of the building to enjoy the intricate structures. Enjoy the exquisite carvings on Shengqing Lou. After the visit, drive back to Xiamen (about 2.5 hours).

Day 4: South Putuo Temple, Gulangyu Island
In the morning, enjoy a leisurely moment at Island Ring Road. Stroll along the lovely coastal pedestrian with white sand and palm trees, and crane your neck for the futuristic cityscape. Afterward, visit the South Putuo Temple, a magnificent Buddhist temple from the Tang Dynasty. The architecture, with its exquisite cornices and eaves, along with the sea blending into the sky, provides a pleasant view.
In the afternoon, you'll be ferried to Gulangyu Island. The island, filled with historical mansions and gardens, reminds you of its cosmopolitan history, while the modern, creative booths soak you in Xiamen's vibrant atmosphere. It is also recommended to climb the Sunlight Rock for a sweeping seascape.

Day 5: Xiamen - Xiapu, Xiaohao Beach and Dongbi Village
Embark on a full-day adventure in Xiapu after a 3-hour high-speed train journey. This quaint fishing village has earned its reputation as a photographer's paradise in Fujian Province.
First up, Xiaohao Beach - a stunning scene with golden sands and azure seas. The flats are perfect for creative shots with the right light. Next, head to Dongbi to witness the sunset. As the sky's hues of gold and orange paint the sea and beach, watch as fishing boats return to the shore and fishermen toil on the mudflats. Capture this breathtaking moment with your camera.

Day 6: Xiapu - Fuzhou, Departure
Early morning (around 5:00 am), we'll make our way to Huazhu Village, the prime spot for an awe-inspiring view of the Fuyao Islands. On a clear day, you might be treated to a view of the sea's clouds and mists swirling around, with the islands appearing as a dreamy, ethereal landscape.
Then, take a leisurely rest at your hotel before setting out to Shajiang, celebrated for its distinctive man-made "S"-bend tidal flats. Observe the intricate pattern of bamboo poles in the water, used for seaweed cultivation, forming the letter "S," with fishing boats navigating through the channels. In the afternoon, be transferred to Xiapu Railway Station to Fuzhou for the journey to your next destination.
