• Day 1: Shanghai, Arrival

  Welcome to Shanghai, the largest city in China!

  When you land at the airport, your private guide will greet you and take you to the hotel for check-in. Settle down and for the rest of the day you can discover this city on your own or have a good rest to recharge your energy!

• Day 2: Shanghai Exploration With Shanghai Tower & The Bund

  Set off on an exciting day in Shanghai! Your guide will take you for a stroll along the Bund, a waterfront promenade lined with vintage colonial buildings, offering striking views of cutting-edge skyscrapers across the Huangpu River.

  Soak up the serene ambiance of Yu Garden, a classical Chinese landscape garden featuring elegant pavilions, water features, and rockeries. Then, gain insight into Shanghai's rapid development at the Urban Planning Exhibition Center, where large-screen videos and interactive displays bring the city's transformation to life.

  Later, visit Jiuguang Center, one of the largest shopping complexes in Shanghai. Designed by UNStudio and Nihon Sekkei, its futurist façade and refined interior design will leave a lasting impression.

  Proceed to the Lujiazui area, Shanghai's financial hub, where a forest of towering skyscrapers creates a realm as if coming straight out of a sci-fi novel. You'll ascend Shanghai Tower, the tallest among them and a model of sustainable design, for a sweeping panorama of the city.

• Day 3: Maglev Train to the Airport, Chongqing Night Tour

  Experience the speed of Shanghai Maglev, the world's first commercial maglev train! Traveling as fast as 300km per hour, it shortens the trip to Pudong Airport from one hour to a few minutes - one of the finest examples of China's rapid development!

  Arrive at the airport and board the flight to Chongqing. Land in Chongqing in about three hours, and you'll meet your local guide for an exciting tour taking you to some of the best night view spots! Roam along the Xiahaoli Old Street to soak up the lively vibe at night, and take in the gorgeous Raffles City and Grand Theatre clad in colorful hues from the opposite bank of the river!

• Day 4: Chongqing Tour incl. Hongya Cave and Monorail to Liziba

  Unveil the charm of Chongqing, one of China's most cosmopolitan cities! Hop on the Monorail Line 2 for the thrilling experience of traveling through a building at Liziba! At Kuixing Building, step onto a rooftop plaza 22 floors above the ground will leave you wide-eyed with amazement! Stroll along Jiefangbei Street, flanked by boutiques and trendy local brands, to discover more of Chongqing's modern side!

  For lunch, dive into a steaming Chongqing Hotpot, the city's signature dish! Cook various meat slices and vegetables in a bubbling broth, then dip them into bold, flavorful sauces, just like the locals do!

  In the afternoon, ascend to the Raffles City Exploration Deck for a bird's-eye view of the downtown's dynamic skyscrapers. You have the option to try the thrilling outdoor activities here (own expense)! Then, head to Hongya Cave to admire the beautiful stilt structures and stay around to capture its mesmerizing night views on your own, if you wish to linger longer!
