The quote we provide is in Chinese currency-RMB, the equivalent quote in USD is based on the current exchange rate between the RMB and the USD. The quote we provide in USD is subject to the fluctuation of the exchange rate, though our quote in RMB will remain the same. (Reference exchange rate: BOC EXCHANGE RATE)
Our average deposit amount is 30 percent of the total price (full amount). Your travel consultant will adjust it according your itinerary and group size. So the actual amount of your deposit could be higher or lower. The balance is due 20 days prior to your tour date.

Pay by Wire Transfer (Regular Bank Transfer)
Wire transfer is easy to do however it could take 3 days to 7 days for the payment to reach us. So we can not accept wire transfer for bookings made less than 20 days prior to the arrival dates.

After you send the money, please fax the bank receipt to China Odyssey Tours. The fax number: +86 773 5821166. Please write your travel consultant's name on the postscript when you transfer the money.
Pay by Credit Card (with Authorization Fax)
Authorization by fax is preferred because it is safer. Right now we DO NOT provide online credit card payment. We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, and American Express.
Three Steps to complete the credit card payment authorization:
Step 1: Fill out the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form with your VALID credit card information (card type, number, card holder's name, billing address and card holder's signature, etc.)
Step 2: Fax the completed Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and a photocopy of your passport to us at +86 773 5821166. As the bank needs a clear photocopy of the two sides of your credit card to complete the authorization process, we recommend that you scan the two sides of your credit card or use a digital camera to take the photos, and email us the digital image files. Fax is also acceptable, however, it may cause delay or re-fax due to possible unclear images.
Step 3: After we receive your authorization documents, we will acknowledge the receipt by sending you an email, and then we will send the documents to the Bank of China which will help us get your payment from your credit card issuing bank.

- The rules of the Chinese Government do not allow us to charge in foreign currencies. Credit card payments charged in CNY are based upon the prevailing rates in China. Your card issuing bank will debit you in local currency and China Odyssey Tours will have no control on the conversion rate used by your card company. The result is that the amount charged from your credit card might be slightly different from the amount on the credit card authorization form.
- We can not accept credit card payment if you confirm the booking and pay us less than 10 days prior to your arrival date. In this case the only way to pay us is by Western Union service.
- China Odyssey Tours will bear the credit card processing fee (approximately 3% of the total payment).
Pay by PayPal
PayPal is a fast, easy, and secured payment method with over 100 millions users around the world. It is widely accepted by global brands such as Dell and StarBucks. It is also accepted by China Odyssey Tours for your worry-free payment.
How to pay by PayPal:
Follow the secured PayPal online payment link that your travel consultant sends to you in the email, you can log in to your PayPal account and click on the "pay" button to complete your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still complete your PayPal payment by providing your credit card information. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.
